The tech expo is your opportunity to display your products or services to over 200 land surveyors.
Key dates and times
October 8, 4:30 pm: Optional Exhibitor Set Up Begins. Alternative time would be Wednesday morning.
October 9, 6:30 am: Exhibitor Set Up
October 9, 7:30 am: Exhibits and Breakfast
October 9, 11:45 am: Exhibitor Sponsored Lunch for all Attendees
October 9, 4:45 pm: A scholarship social will be held in the exhibit hall to encourage further interaction between attendees and exhibitors!
October 10, 7:30 am: Exhibits and Breakfast
October 10, 10:00 am: Exhibits break down and depart
All session breaks will be setup in the exhibitor's room.
Raffle drawings will be held at all breaks. Each exhibitor is encouraged to donate prizes/gift certificates/products for the raffles (we recommend at least two prizes: 1 or more during your company's feature during the break, and 1 or more for the social reception on Wednesday). Exhibitors will be scheduled during the breaks to present their prizes and speak briefly about their company.
Additionally, a special grand prize item will be raffled off on Wednesday during the social hour to encourage guests to attend.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds with $25 cancellation fee through September 10 and $40 cancellation fee September 11 through 4 pm October 3. No refunds will be given for cancellations received AFTER 4 pm Central time October 3.
