  • Member: $100/3.5 CEUs
  • Non-Member: $200/3.5 CEUs
     
  • Golf Tournament: $125 per person (Lagoon Park Golf Course, Oct. 18 at 11 a.m.)
  • Sporting Clay Shoot:  $125 per person (Lower Wetumpka Shotgun Sports Club, Oct. 18 at 9 a.m.)
  • Annual Awards and Officers Installation Banquet: $40
  • Raffle tickets: $10 per ticket

Registration Notes

The early registration deadline is October 4, 2016. Registrations after the early deadline carry late fees.

  • Registrations during Oct. 5 - 13, 2016 carry a $25 late fee.
  • Registration after Oct. 13, 2016 carrya $50 late fee.
  • All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
  • Please contact the host hotel for room reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Full refunds for cancellations through Oct. 13, 2016 with a $45 fee. 
  • No refund due to cancellation after Oct. 13, 2016.
